PC-EFTPOS has a dedicated support service in place for all PC-EFTPOS related enquiries. The help desk is operational during normal business hours. The help desk is setup to provide support in the following areas:
1. POS vendor development support.
2. 2nd level support for POS vendors with merchant problems.
3. Installation and setup support
4. Follow up on PC-EFTPOS orders, and warranty repairs
We offer Support over the phone or via email. Our office hours are
· Monday – Friday 8.30am – 10.00pm (AEDST)
· Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm (AEDST)
· Sunday 10.00am – 3.00pm (AEDST)
This 1st level support will include public holidays with the exception of Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
