EFTPOS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)


• The PC-EFTPOS EFTPOS Management System (EMS) is designed as an add-on to the PC-EFTPOS system to provide the following functionality:
- A centralised database of all EFTPOS settings, and transactions. (This database may be on the back-office server in a store, or it may be in the headquarters of the company).
- Full EFTPOS transaction reporting. The reporting engine of EMS allows the user to create fully customised reports. Some examples of reports are:
- Detailed transaction report
- Settlement report (over any period of time)
- Terminal configuration reports
- Transaction statistic reports (peak periods, card types, response codes)
- Reports can be saved in html, rtf, pdf, cvv, emf.
- Database integration into customers own back office network via direct access to the EMS database (either Access or SQL)
- A centralised help-desk support environment. From the EMS, help desk staff can access and alter the EFTPOS terminal, check configuration, analyse response code meanings, and provide detailed assistance to the POS operator.
- Centralised down-line load. The merchant can control down-line load through the EMS
- Scheduled reporting. The system can be setup to provide automatic reporting via email
