PC-EFTPOS has a dedicated support service in place for all PC-EFTPOS related enquiries. The help desk is operational during normal business hours. The help desk is setup to provide support in the following areas:
1. POS vendor development support.
2. 2nd level support for POS vendors with merchant problems.
3. Installation and setup support
4. Follow up on PC-EFTPOS orders, and warranty repairs
We offer Support over the phone or via email. Our office hours are 8.30am to 10pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday and 10am to 3pm (EST) Saturday and Sunday
(only first level support is available on weekends and after 5:30pm weekdays)
